Zero Tolerance Policy
FansMatch maintains absolute zero tolerance for offensive content and abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to: bullying, harassment, threats, hate speech, and explicit material that violates others' privacy or rights. We will take immediate action against any conduct that compromises the safety, dignity, or well-being of our community members, including account suspension, content removal, and permanent bans where warranted.

1. Respect and Consideration
Treat every community member with kindness, respect, and consideration. Harassment, bullying, threats, or any form of abusive conduct will not be tolerated.
If you encounter any violations of our guidelines, please report them immediately to hello@fansmatch.app. We will take appropriate action to protect our community.
2. Prohibited Content
FansMatch strictly prohibits pornography, violence, discrimination, hate speech, or any other harmful content. This includes all material targeting individuals based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected characteristic. We expressly forbid any form of exploitation or harmful material involving minors.
Content violating these standards will be removed, and offending accounts may face permanent platform bans.
3. Authenticity & Transparency
Be your genuine self. Impersonation, fake profiles, or any form of deception are strictly prohibited. We're committed to fostering authentic connections, and maintaining trust within our community is paramount. All accounts must truthfully represent their identity and intentions.
4. Privacy & Consent
Respect others' privacy rights. Never share another member's personal information without explicit consent. Consent is fundamental - always obtain mutual and enthusiastic agreement before initiating any online or offline interactions or activities. We require affirmative, ongoing consent for all forms of engagement within our community.
5. Inclusivity & Diversity
FansMatch is for everyone. We actively celebrate diversity and are committed to ensuring all members feel valued and included, regardless of background, identity, or interests. Discrimination, hate speech, and exclusionary practices have no place in our community and will not be tolerated.
6. No Fraudulent Activity
FansMatch maintains a zero-tolerance policy against scammers, fraudsters, or any individuals attempting to deceive or manipulate others for personal gain. Any form of deceptive conduct, including but not limited to financial scams, identity fraud, or misleading representations, will result in immediate account termination and potential legal consequences.
7. No Spam or Unsolicited Content
FansMatch strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited messages or content, including but not limited to advertisements, promotions, or commercial solicitations. Unauthorized use of the platform for business purposes is expressly forbidden. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent suspension.
8. Real-World Safety
Use FansMatch responsibly. We strictly prohibit any dangerous, harmful, or illegal activities, including but not limited to stalking, intimidation, and non-consensual actions. All users must comply with applicable local laws. Immediately report any concerning incidents to both our platform and the relevant authorities.
9. Protecting Your Privacy & Security
Exercise caution when sharing information in your profile and private conversations. Refrain from disclosing sensitive personal data, including but not limited to financial information, residential/work addresses, or government-issued identification numbers. All members are expected to maintain both their own privacy and respect the privacy of others. FansMatch is not liable for any damages resulting from voluntary information sharing.
Violations & Consequences
Failure to comply with any of these guidelines will result in appropriate enforcement actions, which may include: content removal, account warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans for users who jeopardize community safety or integrity. We strongly encourage reporting of any policy violations and guarantee prompt investigation and response to all reported incidents.
